Overview:
When you first enter the store you are assigned a shopping cart that will hold your purchases. When you see an item you wish to purchase simply add it to your cart by clicking on the "Add To Cart" button for that item. Our Ecommerce application will then show you the contents of your shopping cart, including the item(s) that you just selected. At any time, you can view or change the contents of your cart by clicking on any "View Cart" button. You can remove items from your cart by simply checking the delete button . If you want to update your "Quantity" just enter the desired number in the relative "Quantity" box and click the "Recalculate Order " button. When you have finished collecting the items you wish to to purchase, simply click on the "Secure Checkout" button. Once you click the "Secure Checkout" button your order will be sent to a Secured Webserver to collect your shipping and payment information. You will also be able to add any additional shipping notes on this page.

Can I come back to my cart later?
Yes, Absolutely! Maybe even up ten days, no kidding! Web browsers have a way of keeping track of the items you place in cart. Most common versions of Netscape, Internet Explorer and even AOL browsers will keep track for you. If your browser doesn't keep track, no problem we'll give you another cart when you come back. We got it all figured out.

Is my order secure?
Yes, Absolutely! Our shopping program is designed to run on a secure server once you go to the checkout line. While you gather your purchases our Ecommerce application is designed to run on an insecure server. No personal information is collected while you shop. When you are ready to make your purchase, you will be transferred to the checkout line located on a secure server and then you will be asked to provide shipping and billing information. Your private information will be then be encrypted before being sent to our store manager for processing.

Can I get a refund?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Due to the nature of products being personalized and autographed, we cannot honor refunds. In highly unlikely event of a defective product (Videos and DVD's ONLY), a replacement will be shipped to you at no charge or you can receive store credit less your original shipping charge.
