Still in New Zealand

Hi there everyone!

I have been keeping diary entries and tons of pictures in my my laptop here in NZ...unfortunatly my [four year old] computer has died. I think it's only because of the battery being old and the electric differences/adapters you have to use here for American appliances. Either way, I am without a computer (can you imagine) except for a few stops by the Vixen (our generous hosts) offices.

I will be home Monday and will be able to get my laptop properly charged, then will be able to get the diary entries/pictures freed from my hard drive so I will have to wait to post them. It has been an adventure and there are many stories to share.

Anyway, just wanted to let you all know what was up since my entries have ceased. Having a great time!

Boobs on Bikes

2:00 pm – Just finished the “Boobs on Bikes” Parade through Auckland and wow was it fun! We were all sort of dreading it thinking that it was kind of a weird promotion, especially to hold a topless (totally legal here) bike run in the middle of winter (yes it’s winter here), not to mention we all knew we were going to freeze our asses off. After all, at best it was in the high 50’s and it was pouring rain at 5 am this morning. We gathered at the Vixen offices at 11:30, were paired up with bikers (mine was named Guy), bundled up for the ride toward downtown and sent on our way. Jacklyn Lick, Dolorian and Hayley (NZ’s first Penthouse Pet) rode in a big red convertible leading the parade. On the freeway, with the wind rushing by, I was soooo cold but once we got to the designated start point they took our jackets and away we went! I was surprised to find that I really wasn’t that cold at all! My hands were a little chilly, and there were definitely pockets of air coming off the ocean which sent a chill to the bone now and again, but the combination of driving slower and being downtown between the buildings made quite a difference. It was truly amazing watching the people line up along the streets downtown (this is an annual event, and highly publicized), waving, shouting and taking pictures. Women were even getting into it waving, giving us the thumbs up alongside the men and calling out to us! Man, that certainly wouldn’t have been the case in America! I saw one woman, standing on a median with a baby and she was making the baby wave to us all as we went by! A lot of people were obviously surprised and you could watch a lot of heads turn and tons of people fumbling with their phones to take pictures. We drove though downtown, where I observed the oldest building being 1909, I realized that New Zealand is relatively new country, at least in the cities, compared to America even. It reminds me a bit of a not-quite so charming and newer Seattle, but maybe that’s just cause it’s on the water and they have one of those big needles in the middle of the city. While driving down K Street where the sex shops are, Shayla squeals and points at a building – there is an enormous billboard on the front of it from the movie Smells Like Sex, the boxcover featuring Shayla, Juli Ashton, Jenna and myself (blond); that was so cool, I am going to have to try to get a picture of it before I go. We gathered at the end of the route for photo ops before heading back to the Vixen offices and lunch at, appropriately enough, the Cock & Bull. On the ride back my biker, Guy, revved it up for me a bit going faster, I got a little sentimental at that point, as we zoomed back through Auckland, thinking how cool it really is sometimes being a porn star. Look at the places I get to go and the strange and fun experiences I get to have – all things I probably would have never had the opportunity to do had I done anything else for a living. I think of my parents, who are in their 50’s now and have been relatively nowhere, certainly not out of the country, and I am extremely happy and thankful for the experiences I get to enjoy! Being a porn star has it is ups and downs but stuff like this is certainly one of the perks!



7:00 pm: We are all back at the hotel to enjoy some resting - after all we are continuing to try to adjust and shake off the jet lag – Syren scheduled massages for us all this evening and Jacklyn and I went and sat in the hotel’s really nice private Jacuzzi (oh, we are so going to be shooting content for all our sites in there!) getting all relaxed before. After the wonderful massage, we ordered up some room service and watched a movie on the portable DVD player, falling asleep in the middle of it. Ah, life is good.

New Zealand - Day 1

Hello all! Took me a couple days to get everything figured out here in New Zealand, the hotel only has DIAL-UP internet connection ( I am looking out the window for dinosaurs walking by...), fortunately I can do this from the Vixen offices, so these entries might not be every day but I will be making them as often as I can.


Tuesday, July 20, 2004 – Arrived this morning on our Qantas flight in New Zealand. We are all tired, but well. The “we” I speak of being the American porn stars coming over for the Erotica Convention to be held this weekend in Auckland – Shayla LeVeaux, her significant other and actor Anthony, (also known as James), porn stud Evan Stone, Syren, and Las Vegas Novelty Contract representatives Jacklyn Lick and myself.

We arrived on the flight around 5:30 am NZ time and after customs, blah, blah, blah finally got back to the hotel around 9 am to clean up and get dressed to go for some lunch and whatever. Originally they had the “Boobs on Bikes” parade scheduled for this morning but thankfully they bumped it to tomorrow. After some unpacking and a shower I head down the hallway to Evan’s room, where we all agreed to meet. I shake my head as I hear load sounds of sex coming from that direction. I knock on Evans door and wait. No answer, just sex. After a few minutes of waiting and listening the door opens to a naked Evan, Syren in her underwear and Jacklyn buttoning up her jeans. Evan tries to accost me but I gracefully dodge him, I am so fucking tired the last thing on my mind is sex, so I settle into a chair and watch him fuck Syren to completion ending with a beautiful arching cum shot that flew mostly over her and nearly hit Jacklyn who was sitting nearby.

Syren opts to stay in the hotel and sleep while the rest of us decided to stay awake all day, and battle the jet lag. If we can make it to about 9 pm tonight our schedules won’t be terribly screwed up.

After a brief trip to the offices of our gracious hosts (which, I might add, are very purple – the offices, not the hosts) we are off to downtown for lunch by the inlet that was where the America’s Cup festivities were held. Worse than Australia, New Zealand is apparently the land a lotta “chippies” or French Fries. They are served with everything, I am not complaining, cause they are particularly yummy, but after my usual low carb diet, I am on carb overload here and am sure to gain a few pounds! Chippies, pot pies and mashers, oh my! Now, a word about the ketchup. It’s not ketchup as we know it, apparently they not only go heavy on the vinegar, but it has and extra ingredient, which we have collectively decided to identify as nutmeg with a hint of cloves. Either way, it tastes like ass.



On the way back we do some casual shopping and just general killing of time, lots of tea drinking for the caffeine, stop by the offices again, check email, etc. then head out for dinner with the whole gang. Some fish joint downtown, lots of fried stuff, good calamari rings and cheesecake for dessert. Finally it was after 9 pm and we headed back to the hotel to drop off the barely awake American porn stars.

Looking toward NZ

Hey there, I leave Sunday night for NZ. I am really looking forward to it, it’s going to be a lot of hard work the first week but the second is all play. Shayla, Jacklyn Lick and I have been talking on the phone a lot preparing for it. We leave Sunday evening, arriving Tuesday at 5:30 am. (Yes, we lose an entire day) go directly to the hotel, shower up and head out again by 10:30 for the annual “Boobs on Bikes” motorcycle run. Being topless is legal in NZ. Talk about hit the ground runnin’! Oh, and did I mention that it is 60 degrees and raining there right now? It is winter in NZ.

We have Wednesday off to get acclimated to the time difference, then Thursday some interviews, radio and a visit to the convention center to chat with everyone about the way it works, give the DJ music and instruction for our dance shows (we each do 2 each day), etc. Thursday, Friday and Saturday are the convention days, from 11am to 11pm. We are there the whole time signing autographs, taking pictures with fans, etc. We get breaks, so they say.

The convention wraps up with an after party, then we are free to go. We may do a photo shoot or a movie (well they will, I can’t do movies since I am exclusive with Platinum X) during that week but nothing is required. They cover our hotel for the second week which is great of them. Bryn is flying in to join me the Monday after the convention. There is so much to see and do in New Zealand, I am sure we will have a blast. I return home late August 1st.

Today I have to get a move on, I have to run to Hollywood to see if I can find a red patent bikini or two piece outfit to replace the one that goes with my Devil and Firefighter shows. Some of my dance costumes have seen better days, but I haven’t worried about it since I don’t dance anymore. When I took them out and shook out the moths and wrinkles I figured they could use a bit of sprucing up for the trip. I also would love to find something sexy for the BonVoyorgy this Friday. Yup, that’s what is sounds like, Bryn and I are throwing another orgy, this one as a send off to NZ. Should be fun, although with all the stress of the pending trip I kind of wish we had not done this right before – but it’s too late now and I am sure it will be good to blow off a little steam after this stressful week.

Tomorrow I get my hair done, tanning, etc. and tomorrow night is my KSEX radio show with guest Nikki Hunter and her sig. oth. Josh. Since I have the Sybian out for the orgy I may toss it in the trunk of the car in case she wants to take a ride.

Picture me naked?

So the strangest thing just happened to me.

I have been sitting in front of the computer (and the fan) pretty much all day working on getting the next 3 weeks worth of updates done for my website since I am leaving for New Zealand next Sunday. Bryn is away at a meeting in San Diego and I am just enjoying having the peace and quiet. I decide to get up and stretch, remembering that I wanted to water the plants outside in my "urban" garden. It's nice and cool outside as I am watering them and spraying for bugs, which I seem to have quite a few of. I am done and heading for the door when I see someone walking toward our "yard". This is strange, because normally on the weekends it is dead quiet around here and we don't see much of anyone except the occasional homeless guy shuffling through our dumpster for recycling.

This man, of Mexican decent, is dressed fairly casual-nice in shorts and a T-Shirt, his hair cut in a mullet with the back being long, down to the middle of his back. He walks through our gate. I say "Can I help you with something?" He holds out a digital camera and asks if I can take a picture of him out on the street, pointing right outside our gate. In the sunlight, he said. His car, a green Jeep Cherokee, is parked about 6 car-lengths away. "Why?" I ask. He shrugs and says just because.

I take the camera and follow him outside the gate, totally weirded out, but since it seems mostly harmless... I ask if he wants the picture taken vertically, he stands about 15 feet away and I take the picture. "There you go," I say, handing the camera back to him. As I am about to turn to walk back into our yard, he asks, "would you mind taking a picture of me naked?"

I look at him, laugh and say "Nice try!", then head back to the back door, keeping him in sight. Dejectedly, he hangs his head and shuffles back to his car as I go inside, locking the heavy gate/screen door to the warehouse and reach for the gun we keep near the door. He gets in his car and drives away.

End of story.

Kylie Live schedule!

Well, tonights show I believe I am again guestless, not that it matters since I can usually talk for hours anyway. I have some great email to read plus if anyone has any questions they would like to ask - about anything at all - now is the time.

Next week (July 15th) will be the lovely newcommer Nikki Hunter & her significant other Josh. These two are a wonderful couple, very open-minded (hey, at my 3rd of July party she was naked on my countertop!) and way cool! I think it will be fascinating to see how a COUPLE is handling the business.

Music Video

Yesterday (Tuesday) the lighting and camera guys spent the day loading in and setting up equipment to shoot a music video here today. The band is called the Generators, and I have never heard them (although I am sure to have this song memorized by the end of the shoot) but I'll let you know if they are any good. I believe they are heavy metal but I am not sure.

I will (probably thankfully) be able to escape for a few hours during the afternoon since I will be meeting Chloe at the KSEX Radio station to pre-tape two hours worth of interviews with her. The time will be split up into two shows to be run July 22 & 29th while I am away in New Zealand at the Erotic Convention. Hey, I wouldn't leave you all hangin' with no new Kylie Live shows! Chloe and I have been best friends for years, she was my AA sponsor and oh, the tales we have to tell! Topics we will cover may include but are not limited to: the movies Hayseed & Heart Strings, which she directed; our Australian nightmare trip; the trips to the desert and maybe even our sexual off-camera adventures! As an added bonus Wankus will be co-hosting for me (Daisy has a day job so she can't do this taping) so I am sure it will be two hysterical shows.

As of the moment my guest is "to be announced" for Thursday, lately it's been really hard to pin guests down. The following week, July 15th, however is fellow Platinum X director and co-star, John Strong, who has promised to bring a 'girl-of-the-moment'.

Thursday infamous director Chi-Chi LaRue will be directing a movie for Vivid Video here at our place and Friday is my Content Day. I have officially set a content day, a day specifically to shoot content for our websites. The second Friday of every month. This Friday the tentative attendees are Nina Hartley, Venus and Julie Night...oh, yes and me. If we are feeling feisty we may bribe a guy to join us.

Saturday evening I will be attending the 30th Annual Hustler Party, celebrating the time the magazine has been in print. It is a very exclusive party and I am honored to be invited. I attended the 25th, and it was a shindig to remember - the party was held at the airport in an aircraft hangar and Larry arrived in his lear jet.

Well, it is currently 1:15 am, I just got done playing a fun game of City of Heroes with friends and I have to go to bed since the music video starts at 7:30 am....

Happy 4th of July...

Oh, all right, 5th of July, I am a little late.

I pretty much slept through yesterday, the Platinum X/Kylie 3rd of July BBQ was a success and we ended up goin' until the wee hours of the morning. Juan's band, Los Ramons, were really, really good, tons of people showed up and a few even got crazy. In fact Nikki Hunter, a new girl in the biz, ended up gettin' naked and havin' a good time on my kitchen counter with a group of guys and there was a group thing goin' on in the spare bedroom (see, ya gotta be sure to check the webcams now and again, you never know what you will see).
