Construction
If you have glanced at the cams lately you might have noticed a lot of strange activity. That or that the kitchen cam is down. The reason for this is that we are having our bathrooms redone. Completely. The project started last Wednesday and we are hopefully going to have a working shower again by this Tuesday. Until then it is showering at the gym or at my friends loft nearby.
When we moved in we built a small 'temporary' bathroom and well, now 3 years later, we are replacing it and then finally building the dream bathroom in the second bathroom. The small one is going to be pretty kick-ass too though, we just picked out some great subway title to do the shower in and some cool retro octogonal tiles for the floor.
Anyway, the kitchen cam should be back up in a couple days, it was just in the way of the construction.

Anna Malle Passes Away in Car Crash

I am deeply saddened by this terrible news. Anna, pictured below goofing around for the camera with myself and Niki Sterling last year at the AEE convention in Las Vegas, will be missed. She and I are from the same generation of porn stars - a damn good batch if I may say so myself. We have worked together on several movies although done few actual scenes together, I have the fondest memories of her from shooting Naked Desert for Vivid out in the desert outside Las Vegas back in 1995/96. We share that boxcover, too. Anna was a sexual dynamo, always laughing and full of energy. A true porn star.

Quit and Quiet
Hey, I haven't forgotten about you. Things have just been pretty quiet in the post AEE/AVN aftermath. Other than Kami Andrews shooting a scene here at my place last week, we have all just been playing catch up and editing. (Eli is working on Open for Anal 2 right now - which comes out in March and has a new scene with me in it).
The website redesign is done I have been getting some great feedback on the new photos and the organization of it all. With as much content as I have it was a challenge to find the right plan that worked. Do you realize I have had my website since 1996? Think about it - that's alot of fucking content!
You might have also read that I quit Platinum X Pictures - its an amicable split though, Jewel and I are still the best of friends. It was simply time to move on - to where I am unsure yet. I have had some great offers (and some laughable ones) and as soon as I make a decision you know I will let you know. In the mean time I still have a years worth of movies to be released though Platinum X Pictures including Ass Wreckage 3, Open for Anal 2 & 3, Taste Her Ass 3, On Your Knees Bitch 2, Butt Bitches and a Best of Kylie Ireland - featuring my favorite scenes from my time at Platinum X Pictures.
I have been busier than ever, my personal trainer has been kicking my ass in the gym, basically with workouts 2 times a day. Adult Industry Donations Turned Away by Family Medicine

TORRANCE, Calif. - The Family Medicine division of the Harbor UCLA Hospital has turned back several donations from companies in the adult industry.
Georgia Miles, a former freelance writer and adult production manager, had asked some of her industry contacts to donate funds this year to help families in need. It has been a personal cause of hers for the past three years.
Among those who immediately responded were Vivid Entertainment Group’s Marci Hirsch, Wicked Pictures’ Joy King, Hustler’s Larry Flynt and AVN’s Paul Fishbein. But upon receiving the checks, two employees in the Family Medicine offices recognized they were from the adult industry and refused them.
“I was very outraged myself. I felt very bad,” Miles said. “I’ve known Paul for about 12 years and he’s a very nice person. I also got a huge donation from Vivid, from Marci Hirsch, who even wanted to come over and hand out toys to children.”
Miles said she is on the neighborhood council in the Harbor-Gateway area, and in September she distributed 25 letters of request to local mainstream companies at a Chamber of Commerce meeting.
“Everybody was going to help me at the meeting back in September, and then when it came time to ante up, only one person, Costco, gave me three lousy wrapping papers,” Miles told AVN.com. “The rest of them said they didn’t have any money in their budget this year.”
“I wanted to help [the families] so bad, so I called people in the adult industry that I haven’t even spoken to in almost four years, and for them to get a slap in face was very hard for me to take. I felt so horrible.”
Miles continued, “I gave [the donations] to two girls in the Accounting Department of Family Medicine. I asked them, ‘how did you even know who this is?’ One of them said, ‘Well, I recognized Wicked.” I said, ‘Well, if you were a fan enough to know the names of these companies, why are you turning up your nose?’ She said, ‘well, we have to be careful with who we take money from.'
“Nobody would give me any money this year as far as mainstream corporations and within hours of sending Marci Hirsch the facts, she called me to say she was giving money.
“I think what they pulled is really shitty… I give up. I wash my hands of the whole thing.”
