Squeal...crash!
1:30 am
Sitting here at the computer and we hear the squealing of tires and a loud crash. We go outside to see what's up as a lowered black (chevy?) truck goes driving quickly down the street. Whoever it was smashed into the building next door, taking out the brick supports for the awning and slamming into the door hard enough to bust it open. Since we live pretty much in an industrial area there is no one around. We called the cops to let them know and so hopefully they can contact the people who own the building since their business (clothing manufacturer and wholesale) is closed until Monday and at the moment they have no front door.
By the damage on the building that guy must have fucked up his truck pretty bad.

Creepy Hospitals and Massage Therapy
Geez, where does the time go? The last time I had a chance to write in here was last Friday!
Saturday at noon I finished up the last of the dialoue for the non-sex role I was playing in the gay movie, Tune Up. I stayed around to watch the sex scene, which was amusing and educational but other than the plumbing being different it was very similar to watching a straight porn scene. I'll leave it at that so as to not offend anyone. I had a great time on the set, everyone was so sweet and I look forward to being the "token chick" on another gay movie someday soon. Made some really cool new friends too!
Sunday a friend of mine was doing the lighting for director James Avalon for a Metro movie, they were over at that same creepy abandoned hospital where we filmed The Gate for Wicked back in 2000. My boyfriend and I went by to say hello and renew my connection with Mr. Avalon. James Avalon and I have talked numerous times over the years about creating a project with me in mind and somehow it just keeps getting shifted to the back burner. Hopefully I lit that fire again! Anyway, we spent the afternoon wandering around this hospital, it's so bizzare, it's like one day everyone just picked up and moved out and left everything behind; beds, machinery, even paperwork and medical records! Weird. We are trying to come up with a script idea that would be cool to shoot there.
Monday was try-to-catch-up on everything day, attacking my mountain of email, prepping to mail more online orders....blah, blah, blah.
More of the same this morning until my massage appointment. Yeah, yeah I hear it now....but keep all the razzing to yourselves. I actually do massage every other week as a treatment for the frequent migraines I get. Massage helps some since the migraines seem to be a result of stress. Anyway, I love this place I have been going to. It's a Korean Theraputic Spa. The first time I went there I realized that I was the only one who spoke English, but that's okay since if I am getting a massage I don't want to have to carry on a conversation anyway, I am trying to relax! So the first time I went I got undressed in the dressing room and my massage therapist entered the dressing room and stared undressing. I figured she must have just come to work and had to change into some kind of uniform or something. 'Or something' is right...she changed into a black bra and panty outfit. Ah, put your dicks back in your pants, it's not like you are thinking, besides she was a little Korean woman and was built like a fireplug. A few minutes later she led me into the shower area, where they do the massages. I hadn't realized this was a "wet" massage and I had never had one before so I just rolled along with it. In the shower area they have the massage tables and after the full body scrub they do a wet/oil massage - that little Korean woman kicked my ass! Best massage I have ever had, hands down - then a cucumber facial, she washed my hair and then rinsed me off with milk (I think). All this in a bra and panties, makes sense though, to wear as little as possible since she gets all wet and oily too, not to mention she does a good deal of the massage on the table with me, using her body weight to work the muscles. Believe me, normal (American) massage places aren't half this good! Plus they cost twice as much. Now I go in every few weeeks, sit in the sauna and the steam room for a while, run in and dip myself in the freezing tub of water (that'll wake the old heart up!) then back to the sauna. Two hours of scubbing and massage later I am a whole new person!
Anyway, just a peek into my life. Tomorrow I am going the the Hustler Hollywood store to pick up a really cool bondage chair and to meet my good friend Theresa Flynt and my ex-husband (they work for Hustler so it's a good excuse) for lunch at the famous Rainbow Bar & Grill. I am still all relaxed and am going to go to bed early - yeah, like midnight is early right? I am rewatching the X-Files episodes, one each night before I got to sleep...

Token Chick on the Gay Movie
Had so much fun today! I was the token girl on a gay movie, Tune Up, playing the roommate of one of the guys, who in order to try to pay the rent turns to gambling. It is a fabulously campy movie and definitley an experience on the set!
Today we shot the ending scene where I return to the crappy garage where the boys are working just as two of them get fired:
"Wrong again! Silly boy!" I exclaimed.
GASP!
All eight of them turn to look at me, as I enter dressed in a sparkly gown. Eight guys in this makeshift garage, not a one of them actually working on anything, in fact one is stating with extreme frustration that he will never learn to do a tune up as he uses a wrench on the strap of a car battery. But hey their butts look great in the garage jumpers so who cares?
"...I have not only won our rent at the casino but rent for the UPS boy (?), my trainer and all the mechanics for the rest of the year!"
Everyone is thrilled of course, one young lad runs over buries his head in my chest claiming "Mommy!" The lead throws his arms around another guy and looking into the camera sighs "My dream has come true! I'll never have to work again!" All the others gather around for a group hug as the two kiss and everyone lives happily ever after!
It was very strange for me, to be in the center of this gang of good-looking men, in the middle of a group hug and no one was groping me! In fact as we were shooting the reverse on some of the dialogue three of the guys who were off camera just broke into an impromptu threeway! The director had to break it up after a few minutes though since everyone on the set was getting distracted by the action.
All the guys were so sweet though, and we even had some down time to compare notes between gay and straight movies - duh, besides the obvious - one of them was exactly the same age as me and we discovered that we grew up about 20 miles from each other in Colorado, we compared notes on big snowstorms we remembered as kids. I was curious and took advantage of the opportunity, asking them questions about how they new they were gay, how old they were, how they started doing movies, had they had girlfriends...and they were so incredibly patient with my questions.
I learned that, unlike straight porn where you have to live in LA, many of the guys flew in especially for this shoot, in fact the company paid for it, and they get paid better than I do! A lot of them have real jobs too, in fact the guy who played the UPS guy was actually a UPS delivery man at night!
Well, that's the excitement for the day, I was home by one in the afternoon, took a nap (hey, 8:30 am is awfull early for me!) and am doing laundry. What a way to spend a Friday night, huh? Tomorrow I go back at noon to do a little more dialogue.

Open mouth, insert KSEX show
Before heading to Burbank I stopped at the post office to mail some online orders. Remembering the week before when the postal dude recognized me I brought him a movie, he was very pleased. Hey, never know when you may need a friend in the post office....?
I went into my KSEX radio show tonight with nothing really in mind to talk about. It was Steve Perry's birthday (saw it on the internet) so I brought along my Journey's Greatest Hits but other than that it was just open my mouth and see what popped out.
I am doing a non-sex role in a gay movie tomorrow morning so we chatted about that then I read an email where the person referred to "fluffers" and that got Daisy and I started on what it is really like behind-the-scenes of a porn movie. After going over the not-so-fine-points of porn-making 101 we somehow ended up talking about fart stories followed by shit stories (we were trying to point out that porn is not all fun and hot sex)...sigh. Took a few calls and wrapped up by talking about Jewel De'Nyle's retirement movie and her odd choice of casting. It was indeed an evening of open my mouth and see what popped out. I am sure I will post it next week in the weekly update if you were lucky enough to miss it live.
Well, it's past 11:30 so I am going to try to make myself sleep since I have an 8:30 call time (with LA traffic that means I have to be out of the house by 7:30 to drive what should take 15 minutes) so that means rise & shine by no later than 7 am. That's tough since I am a night person and need my 8 hours of beauty rest a night.

Hello!
Today was a pretty typical day, trying to catch up on all the contacts I made in Vegas at the convention, answering email. Synchronizing dates with other girls to shoot unique content for our websites. Running around, mailing online orders, blah, blah, blah.
Just got an email from the guys over at Carnal Comics, they did mine years ago and want to do a new one. I am thinking of ideas....I wanna be a superhero of some kind, cool powers, has to have sex of course. I am open for ideas if anyone has any!

Okay, it's Friday night and I have been sent home from the set since I have a cold. I thought I had escaped the "Vegas cold" (everyone gets sick during or after the convention) but I was wrong. Damn it.

Thursday, January 15th
Day one on the shoot
3:30 am. Thursday morning. We are all alive, barely. Got a late start due to not buying the right tapes, who would have guessed that Panasonic and Sony have different tapes for HD (high definition)?? Sigh, a lesson learned the hard way. Finally started shooting my scene at noon-ish – more details on that tomorrow, er…today (Thursday) – but all went smoothly once we got going, shooting HD is similar to shooting on film and takes longer, requiring a re-light after ever position change. 3 and ˝ hours later….and there were two more scenes to shoot after that! Since I was shooting behind-the-scenes I stayed until the very end.
I am rolling into bed to get some sleep before the 1 pm call time (thankfully the director pushed the call time back so we could all sleep). The shoot is here at the warehouse so at least all I have to do is roll out of bed into some sweats, grab the camera and go. I should have a little time to add some details during the day.

Doin' a movie?
This Wed, Thurs & Fri; Jan 14, 15, and 16th I will be on a movie shoot for a new company called Inpulse. The movie is yet untitled, is directed by Eli Cross and I will be shooting the behind-the-scenes footage as well as performing in a sex scene (B/G A) on Wednesday morning with super-stud Kurt Lockwood – our first time together…
*Secret: this is my first actual sex scene I have shot for a company (other than the exclusive scenes for my own website) since last February. Not for any particular reason, it just worked out that way, I was so busy with my website and designing other girl's sites I didn't pursue any movie work.*
Thursday we will be shooting in my warehouse/home so be sure to check the webcams for action!
Details to come in the Daily Grind as the shoot progresses!
Also...the update will be a little late because of this movie shoot but I will be sure to have some sneak peek photos for you to see as soon as it is done. That's right, you will see the very first photos right here!

AEE/AVN wrap-up
Written late Monday night/early Tuesday morning....
So we finally arrived home at about 5:30 am Sunday morning after deciding to skip the post AVN Awards show parties and get the hell out of Vegas. I slept pretty much entirely through Sunday, waking up finally at 9:30ish Monday morning. As you can tell, after 6 days in Las Vegas, I was clearly a bit disenchanted. Not from lack of fun, but simply from exhaustion. Plus Vegas really doesn't do much for me since I don't gamble and I don't drink... This was the first year I attended both Internext, the adult internet convention as well as AEE (formerly part of CES), the Adult Entertainment Expo. I was not signing for a company this time either, I was doing hourly live broadcasts for KSEX Radio located in the Adam & Eve booth. This most definitely made the show much more fun for me.
A big thank you to Adam & Eve for allowing KSEX and myself to cause much mayhem in their normally quiet booth. Thank you also to KSEX Radio for letting me be part of their twisted little family. Thanks to AVN and publisher Paul Fishbein for letting us do interviews (next to Playboy, HBO and Howard Stern) live on the red carpet before the awards.
There was so much going on it was hard to remember all the details, therefore below (Click where it says "more..." at the bottom of this box) are some bits and pieces from the reporters over at AdultFYI.com as they did coverage throughout the week. In a few days I will be posting photos and video clips from the entire event including on-air and red-carpet interviews.

Adult Entertainment Expo
Wow! Finally, a moment to catch up! I have been running around like crazy since I got here Monday! Two full days at Internext and today is the second day of AEE. I've been broadcasting live for KSEX Radio (in the Adam & Eve booth) at the top of every hour all week long, interviewing some of the creme-de-la-creme of porn including Ron Jeremy, Sunrise Adams, Gina Lynn, Rob & Rachel Rotten and many, many more! Between the KSEX shows I have been doing Mtv-style interviews for this cable internet company - yesterday I did fabulous pieces with Flick Shagwell, Angelica Sin, Roxanne Hall and Holly Hollywood. The crowd, even on the first day, was packed with fans, press, stars and every other variety of industry-related people. After the convention floor closed we all went to THE event of the evening, the Adam & Eve party. Great food, people and lots of fun was had by all. I slipped out around midnight to treat myself to a luxurious bubblebath and a full-night's sleep.
I will have tons of pictures to share when I get back!
Oh, next week I will be shooting a new movie for a great new company called Inpulse, I will be doing one or two scenes and shooting the behind-the-scenes as well, I think one of my scenes will be with Kurt Lockwood, who I haven't worked with before so it should be a real treat!
Today is the long day - 10 am to 7 pm. It's time to get ready for the top of the hour broadcast so I should go but I wanted to at least pop in and say hi.

Elvis Lives!
Well, I am off to Vegas this morning. Driving - this is when it is really nice to drive an Audi S4, on Vegas trips. I think I'll have to stop and ride the rollercoaster at Buffalo Bills on the CA/NV border...always wanted to do that and never did.
I should be able to add entries to the Daily Grind during the week, so maybe I'll have some good stories!

Gearing Up for AEE
Hiya,
So the big convention is looming. Internext (the internet convention) Jan. 5-7 and AEE Jan.8-12. I will be in the Adam & Eve booth broadcasting live for KSEX Radio at both conventions, it should be fun: gossiping, interview people, raising hell... and don't forget to tune into KSEX (www.ksexradio.com) during the days to hear all the action.
Spent most of yesterday and today prepping for the big week in Las Vegas. Shopping for clothes, getting my hair done, tanning, manicure & pedicure, picking up dry cleaning and last minute odds and ends for the week. It takes so much time and energy to be a chick! Guys really have it easy.
To take the edge off the stress I went to my funny little Korean Massage place. It's great, no one even speaks English so I really get some relaxing alone time, plus the little Korean chickie who does my massage really kicks my ass. After the steam room, massage and a cucumber facial I was as good as new!
Planning to spend the evening doing laundry and catching up on some email and filling some last minute orders from my online store and E-Bay. My company just finished building Lola's website (www.clublolaxxx.com) so I have some publicity to finish up on her site.
