Hi there, just a quick entry to let you know what's going on. I have been so freakin' busy lately I don't even know which way is up! Bryn/Eli and I are both directing a movie a month for DVSX and we have been combining our shoots over the last couple weeks - shooting 2-3 scenes a day. The DVSX shoots continue on the 23rd and the 30th.
This last Sunday thru Tuesday Bryn had a Wicked movie to direct and I helped by shooting the BTS - that is always fun for me, just running around with the camera interviewing people and sneaking up on good conversations - not to mention since I have been mostly directing lately just shooting the BTS is like a day off. Well, not really but you get my point.
Last Friday was my first Playboy Radio show on Sirius Radio. Aside from being really nervous, it went really well. Since my first show fell on St. Patrick's Day (wasn't that perfect for me?) and in honor of my favorite holiday and the biggest drinking day of the year, the topic was drunken sex stories. I spilled a few good (and embarrassing) ones of my own and heard a lot of great ones from the many listeners that called in. The new Playboy Radio channel is getting rave reviews and we have had well over 150,000 new subscribers since the launch last week. (If you have Sirius all you have to do is opt in to get Playboy by calling or emailing but there is no extra charge.) My show is Private Calls, which is loosely based on the Playboy TV show of the same name. Each night of the week is a different host, like Alana Evans, Anne Marie, Vanessa Blue and on Friday evenings from 7-9 pm (Pacific) is my show. Hopefully you will join me this Friday!
In other news I have just accepted an offer to direct for Adam & Eve's new gonzo company, Bad Seed. One movie a month, starting next month with a girl/girl movie. I am really excited about this new gig too, although boy am I gonna be busy!
The 1st-3rd of April I will be stepping in front of the camera once again, this time for a stellar project for Adam & Eve, a sort of remake of "The Story of O" which is going to be directed by Ernest Green and Nina Hartley. They are really going all out for this movie and it is going to be amazing! My scene is a 4-way including a DP with Adrianna Nicole, Van Damage and Tyler Knight.
April 10th also sees me in front of the camera for a day, my dear friend Red Ezra (www.redezra.com) is directing a beautiful movie for Playgirl TV and has asked me to do a scene with studmuffin Jerry. You might remember I recently worked with Jerry for the Vivid Film, you can go back a few entries to read all about that.
And there is more, I just can't tell you about it yet...
