10/03/2004: "Taste Her Ass; scene 2"

I am playing a bit of catch up today on the Daily Grind entries. Friday brought us an entirely new day of shooting. This time 2 scenes for Taste Her Ass.

Before we could even begin shooting we hear a large crash and a car alarm going off. We all head out to discover that some stupid trucker didn't put his parking brake on when he came to load up at the cold storage place across the street. The truck rolled right into two cars, one was director Ren Savant who was here working on something with Bryn, his front passenger side got pretty crushed but nothing compared to the other car, a silver Honda, which was pretty much totaled. Fortunately for us, it didn't belong to one of ours, but to someone who worked for them. Even worse the car was lent to the guy driving by his friend. Bummer eh?

The first scene is Kami Andrews, Tyla Wynn and Steve Holmes, three of my favorite performers. I hadn't worked with Kami before although we had chatted online (she is an ADT Forum Talker as well - www.adultdvdtalk.com) and I knew she was a cool chick with a reputation for doing really good scenes. She actually lives in PA and comes out to work now and then. Meeting her was even more fun, she is a kick in the ass, quick-witted and so much fun.

I like to give the performers free reign to do what they want in the scene, it makes for a hotter scene, but sometimes I like to give some kind of lead-in to the scene. Steve and Kami put their heads together and next thing you know we are shooting Steve as he drives up in his car...Kami comes to the door and says yells to him that he had better have gotten the groceries. He reassures her he got something she will like as he opens the trunk and pulls out Tyla Wynn and throws her over his shoulder. Kami threatens that if this one is not fresh she is sending it back... The impromptu dialog they did had us all rolling on the floor laughing!
